JUNE 2003

New Litter

Wished to use Doral Wallace BAL d, before him beeing neutered.
Mother is Swe-Scot Yoda OLH o (cinnamon)
All Oriental Longhair. 2 black boys and a chocolate tortie girl.
Babies were big 112 grams - 122 grams, and the delivery was rather difficult as the babies wished to enter the world tail first.
I am happy with this new litter as we do lack Oriental Longhair in Sweden.
In due time the babies will be shown on the litterpage.

The Cattery is now cleared by the Vets, Kenzo's disease was genetic.

Jamborees Kenzo is dead.
Tissuetest showed FELV.
According to the vets.he probably had the disposition and a bad immunity system defense since birth.
I am now to test my other cats and is meanwhile to keep the mother having babies insolated from all other cats until we know the testresults.
Also I am to keep my cattery insolated until I get one hundred percent clearance from the vets.

Well, lately we haven´t updated much, though webmaster
changed computer and been to busy. But now
we have lots of pictures of our babies.
Most of our Balinese´s are sold but still we have
some Javanese kitties and some Oriental variants looking
for good homes.

We are waiting for some interesting litters due in June.
Finaly it has been possible to explore the outcome from totaly different lines,
the English and the Dutch/American lines.
The sweet lilac girl, Hoshi (miss shy), did not feel secure without having big Wallade close to her.
He was like a father to her until she let him know that she wanted more out of him.
He did not mind her suggestions at all. So June 8 she gave birth to six little ones.
